Conrad Beltran is a dedicated mortgage professional who focuses on helping clients find the right financing solution for their unique financial situation. With experience across multiple areas of financial services, Conrad brings a well-rounded perspective to the home loan process and works closely with borrowers to guide them from application to closing with clarity and confidence.

Throughout his career in mortgage lending, Conrad has worked with a wide range of loan products including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans. He has a strong focus on helping self-employed borrowers and clients with complex financial profiles find solutions that traditional lending models sometimes overlook. His approach centers on understanding each client’s financial goals and building a loan strategy that supports both their short-term purchase plans and long-term financial success.

Before joining Takers Brokerage, Conrad worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator with both Griffin Funding and Rocket Mortgage, where he built a reputation for strong client relationships, detailed financial analysis, and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from start to finish. During his time at Rocket Mortgage, he also helped mentor new loan officers and contributed to team development while maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified borrowers.

Conrad is excited to be part of Takers Brokerage in partnership with West Capital Lending. Working within an independent brokerage model allows him to access loan options from multiple lenders across the country. This flexibility gives him the ability to compare programs, pricing, and guidelines in order to find the best possible solution for each client rather than being limited to a single lender’s products.
