Eric Rayner brings over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, helping homebuyers and homeowners navigate the loan process with clarity and confidence. Before joining Takers Brokerage, Eric served as a Divisional Vice President at Rocket Mortgage, where he built a reputation for strong leadership and a deep understanding of the lending landscape.

Eric specializes in purchase loans, credit strategy, and Non-QM financing, allowing him to help clients who may not fit the traditional lending box. His approach is simple: understand the client’s situation, explore every available option, and find the loan that truly fits their goals.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Eric works with a wide range of clients and takes pride in making the mortgage process clear and accessible for everyone he serves.

Eric is especially excited to be part of Takers Brokerage in partnership with West Capital Lending. Working within an independent brokerage model gives him the ability to shop multiple lenders across the country, which means more flexibility, more competitive options, and better solutions for his clients than a single-lender model can provide.

Outside of mortgages, Eric is deeply involved in baseball. He provides private pitching lessons and helps coach one of Michigan’s top travel baseball teams. When he’s not helping clients secure financing, you’ll often find him on the field helping young athletes develop their skills and love for the game.
